벼메뚜기의 항산화 효과와 항균활성

초록

본 연구에서는 벼메뚜기의 생리활성을 확인하기 위하여 벼메뚜기의 성충을 실험재료로 하여 항산화활성, 항균활성, 항균물질의 열안정성, pH안정성, total polyphenol 함량 등을 측정하였다. 추출용매에 따른 항균력은 E. coli 균주의 경우 ethanol 혼합용매에서 가장 높은 항균력을 보였다. 항균활성은 열풍건조 40℃와 동결건조 조건에서 가장 높았으며 암수에 따른 차이는 없었고 항균물질은 열과 pH에 안정하였다. 벼메뚜기의 항산화활성은 50% ethanol 추출물과 70% ethanol 추출물에서 가장 높은 활성이 나타났고 total polyphenol은 12~17mg/100g으로 건조조건이나 성별에 따른 차이는 크지 않음을 확인하였다.

ABSTRACT

In this study, to confirm the physiological activity of the grasshopper(Oxya chinensis Sinuosa) antioxidant activity, antimicrobial activity, thermal stability of the antimicrobial substance, pH stability, total polyphenol content of the adult grasshopper was measured. Antibacterial activity in accordance with the extraction solvent showed a strong antibacterial activity in a mixed solvent of ethanol for the E. coli strain. Antimicrobial activity in 40℃ hot air drying and a freeze-dried condition was the highest and there was no difference in the gender. Antibacterial substance was stable to heat and pH. Antioxidant activity of the grasshopper exhibited a high activity in the 50% and 70% ethanol extract. Total polyphenol content was the 12~17mg / 100g and there was not great difference according to the drying conditions and gender.
